Robyn Anderson has represented policyholders in their insurance coverage claims and disputes for more than 25 years. At the forefront of her practice is environmental and toxic tort insurance coverage litigation, wherein she has helped clients across numerous industries recover millions from insurers under their historical general liability policies. An author of Environmental Insurance for New Appleman on Insurance Law, Robyn is recognized as a leading insurance lawyer by numerous organizations including Chambers, Benchmark Litigation and Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers.

In addition to environmental and toxic tort claims, Robyn has helped numerous clients secure insurance protection for alleged organization liability arising out of alleged sexual misconduct, professional liability, errors and omissions and product recalls. She commonly handles coverage issues that arise out of additional insured and contractual indemnification disputes.

Beyond coverage claims, Robyn regularly advises clients regarding their business contract insurance provisions and best practices. She assists with policy archaeology to help clients find missing policies that uncover valuable coverage. Robyn also performs policy audits and coverage program analysis to identify potential gaps in current coverage before a claim arises.

Outside of her extensive property and casualty insurance work for policyholders, Robyn is also experienced in advising clients on ERISA and employee benefit matters, including long and short term disability, life and health insurance.
